• 3.0 out of 5 stars from San Andreas Customs -- You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much : Bought this even though many reviews talked about the poor quality. First thing I noticed is how delicate the mask is. When putting the mask on for the first time it begins to crack. You have to stretch the elastic band to fit over your head. Do not grab the mask itself with any pressure or it will break! The lights work just fine on mine. The cable length from the mask to the controller was plenty for me and I'm 6'0. The lights operate under 3 setting. 1 - constantly on. 2 - slow light flash. 3 - fast light flash. Visibility is virtually non existent, use with caution when operating. Also the nostril holes are too small to really work so prolonged use is rather difficult. My mask lasted about 1 month before it cracked. I had it sitting on my car seat and it fell down towards the carpet and cracked. The lights still work and I easily repaired it with super glue and touch up paint. I mostly use my mask when using smoke grenades so the crack doesn't affect me in anyway. I had a coworker of mine purchase the same style mask from another vendor on amazon and his mask was made from better materials. It was very flexible and sturdy. I recommend buying those instead. Vendor had yellow led masks. Overall I like the mask for pictures and videos. Just wish the quality of the mask itself was better. ( Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2018 )

And this wasn't even a rough show with mosh pits etc. Just stopped blinking and when I went to hit the button (thought maybe it got bumped and turned off) the exposed wires before it broke completely shocked my fingers. The lights are not uncomfortable at all, we were able to wear them all night with no problem. They are super bright and the colors are very nice. I can see through them very well. It also has styrofoam on the forehead area for protection. It makes a slight high pitched noise and it comes from the on and off buttom but it can be put in a pocket or something so it shouldnt be a bother. Overall i love it! He just got a mask from a 2nd hand store and really liked it, but told me he wanted one that lit up. I ordered this a day ago and as soon as I pulled it out of the packaging, my son handed me 2 AA batteries, slid off the cover and popped them in. The battery cover is easy to open and secures quite well. This is a beautifully BRIGHT mask that looks fantastic even in daylight! I got the blue one and I would expect they are all very bright.
